Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the cart at the curb on your normal trash day and go about your life.
We text you when the cleaning is done.
What if my bin wasn't emptied that day?
We skip it and you're not charged for that visit. If the city missed your street,
we roll you into the next route day at no extra cost.
What if there's still trash or a bag inside?
A tied bag or two is no problem — we'll clean around it. Loose trash won't be removed
or cleaned, so give it a quick check before your service day if you can.
Where does the dirty water go?
Into a holding tank on our truck. Nothing runs into the gutter or storm drain —
it's collected and disposed of at an approved facility. That's the law, and it's also
the whole point of hiring us instead of using a hose.
What do you actually spray on it?
200°F water at high pressure does most of the work. We finish with a biodegradable
sanitizer and deodorizer that's safe around kids, pets and gardens.
Can I cancel or pause?
Contact us to cancel or pause your plan. Going away for the summer?
Pause the plan and pick it back up when you're home.
Do you clean recycling and yard waste carts too?
Yes. Additional carts are discounted on every plan.
Are you insured?
Fully licensed and insured. We'll send a certificate of insurance to any HOA or
property manager who asks.
