01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pro Bin Solutions website (ProBinSolutions.com) and any residential or commercial bin, cart, or dumpster cleaning services ("Services") booked through the site, by phone, or in person. By requesting or using our Services, or by submitting a form on our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

02Description of Services

Pro Bin Solutions provides on-site washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing of residential and commercial trash, recycling, and dumpster containers, generally performed at the curb or container location on or near your regular collection day. Specific plans, pricing, and included features are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

03Scheduling & Access to Your Property

You are responsible for making your container(s) accessible on the scheduled service day (for example, leaving carts at the curb after collection). If a container is not accessible, not put out, or not emptied by your hauler on the scheduled day, we may skip that visit or reschedule it, as described at the time of booking.

You authorize Pro Bin Solutions and its technicians to enter your property to the extent reasonably necessary to access, move, and service your container(s).

04Pricing & Payment

Pricing for each plan is listed on our website and is subject to change with notice. Additional containers, add-on services, or commercial/multi-unit work may be billed separately as quoted.

We accept credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, and cash. Payment is due within 24 hours of the job being completed. Once a job is completed, we will send an invoice; recurring customers authorize Pro Bin Solutions to keep an approved payment method on file and automatically charge for scheduled services according to the selected service plan.

05Cancellations, Pauses & Rescheduling

You may cancel your plan at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled cleaning, your cancellation request must be submitted before that service has been performed.

If we are unable to complete a scheduled service for any reason (for example, weather), we will reschedule it if possible. If it cannot be completed that month, you will not be charged for that month.

You may also temporarily pause your service when needed. Your pause request must be submitted before your next scheduled service is performed. To resume service, contact Pro Bin Solutions.

06Service Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the results of a cleaning, contact us within 48 hours of service and we will return to redo the cleaning at no additional charge, subject to the terms communicated to you at the time of booking. This guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning itself and does not cover pre-existing damage, odor caused by conditions outside the container, or issues unrelated to our cleaning work.

07Property Access & Pre-Existing Conditions

Pro Bin Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, cracks, or defects in your container(s), driveway, or surrounding surfaces. Please notify us in advance of any known fragile or damaged containers, pets, or access restrictions.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Bin Solutions' liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

09Insurance

Pro Bin Solutions is licensed and insured. A certificate of insurance is available upon request, including for HOAs, property managers, and commercial customers.

10Weather & Service Delays

Severe weather, road conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay a scheduled cleaning. In these cases, we will reschedule your service as soon as reasonably possible rather than skip it.

11Website Use & Content

The content on ProBinSolutions.com, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Pro Bin Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through any form on the site.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
